Cleaning severely contaminated
connectors on DDEC
1. Disconnect connectors on both sides of
DDEC. For this purpose, withdraw connec‐
tors (1).
2. Unscrew connectors (3).
3. Remove covers (2).
4. Clean connector housings, connector sock‐
et housings and all contacts with isopropyl
alcohol.
5. When connectors, sockets and all contacts
are dry: Install connectors and check plug-
in connection on DDEC (→ Page 143).
