Command:
+VCID Caller ID (CID)
Description: Controls the reporting and presentation of data associated with the Caller ID services in
the Incoming Call Line ID (ICLID) data format for the next call. (U.S. only)
Default: 0
Defined Values: +VCID0 Disable Caller ID reporting.
+VCID1 Enables Caller ID with formatted presentation to the DTE. The modem presents
the data items in a <Tag><Value> pair format. The expected pairs are date,
time, name, and caller code (telephone number).
+VCID2 Enables Caller ID with unformatted presentation to the DTE.
Report Commands:
+VCID? Reports the Mode
+VCID=? Reports Range of Parameters
Command:
+VRID Report Retrieved Caller ID (CID)
Description: Reports the data associated with the Caller ID services in the Incoming Caller Line (ICLID)
data format for the last received call. U.S. only
Default: None
Defined Values: +VRID0 Reports Caller ID with formatted presentation to the DTE. The modem presents
