Calling Your Mailbox

1. (Voice Mail).

for your security code.

Press the MSG key to display the

number of voice mail messages.

Leaving a Message

The extension you call can be busy, in DND

or unanswered.

1. (Voice Mail).

The Voice Mail system will prompt

you to leave a message.

Forwarding Calls to Your Mailbox

1. (Call Forward to Station).

2. Dial Call Forwarding condition:

2 = Busy or not answered

4 = Immediate

6 = Not answered

0 = Cancel
