The Center Telephone Book provides each user one or two personal
telephone books which can be used to store numbers (50 or 100
depending on your system). Multiple extensions can be assigned the
same telephone book allowing users to share commonly used numbers.
Numbers can be stored using Last Number Dialed and Caller ID and
each Telephone Book can be password protected.
1. Press Soft Key + Soft Key
twice.
2. Press the Soft Key.
3. Press Soft Key (Registration).
Pressing the CONF key from this
screen on will back up the view to the
previous screen.
4. You may need to press Soft Key or
to select the Telephone Book to register
new data.
5. Input the name (up to 12 digits) + .
6. Using the dial pad, select the Group
number.
7. Enter the number to be stored + .
8. Enter the bin number where the telephone
number is to be stored + .
The number is stored and the next
available bin number is automatically
displayed.
