AIC Agent Log In
To log in:
Multiline Terminal
1. Press the ACD LOG IN/LOG OUT key (Program 15-07-01 or SC 852: *10).
- OR -
Press Speaker and dial the AIC Log In service code (Program 11-13-08).
2. Dial the log in code (up to 20 digits).
. This step is not required if the ID code is disabled in Program 41-01-02.
3. Dial the Agent Identity Code (AIC) (up to four digits).
. The ACD LOG IN/LOG OUT key lights.
To log out (for single or multiple agent log ins):
Multiline Terminal
. All AIC log ins become logged out.
1. Press the ACD LOG IN/LOG OUT key (Program 15-07-01 or SC 852: *10).
2. Dial 1 to accept.
- OR -
Press Speaker and dial the AIC Log In service code (Program 11-13-08).
. The ACD LOG IN/LOG OUT key goes out.
Single Line Telephone
. All AIC log ins become logged out.
1. Lift the handset.
