Manually Adding Hotel Guest Names
Use the following procedure to add hotel guests to the messaging system.
To manually add guest names
1. In the Navigation Pane, click Hotel Guests > Guests > Profile.
2. Click Search to find and select the guest room (extension).
The extension appears in the Last name field within parentheses.
3. Type the guest name in the Last name and First and middle name fields.
4. Click Save.
