3.3.4 Low Pressure or Duct Isolaon Released
The Compressed Air Switch (CAS) indicates that the compressed air pressure is too low.
Or, there is a duct isolaon valve connected to the system that has released and isolated
FlexPAK from the duct system. Check the isolaon valve release sensor, released isolaon
vale = open electrical circuit to input on PLC.
Press the green OK buon

3.3.5 Alarm! Hi Vacuum
The maximum vacuum level has been acvated, and the delay me for the vacuum alarm
has elapsed. Press ‘OK’ to reset the alarm.

3.3.6 Exhaust Air Temp High
The temperature of the air exing the pump has exceeded the maximum allowable limit of
135ºC (275ºF). When the ‘Current Value’ has become lower than 90°C (194ºF), press ‘OK’
to reset the alarm. Check for the cooling air valve or PT100 sensor values.

3.3.7 Bag Replacement Switch Time Out
The maximum amount of me for the bag replacement being ‘On’ has been exceeded. To
restart the unit, the alarm needs to be reset by turning the bag replacement switch (SC2)
to ‘O‘ and pressing the green OK buon
