3.3.4 Low Pressure or Duct Isolaon Released
The Compressed Air Switch (CAS) indicates that the compressed air pressure is too low.
Or, there is a duct isolaon valve connected to the system that has released and isolated
FlexPAK from the duct system. Check the isolaon valve release sensor, released isolaon
vale = open electrical circuit to input on PLC.
Press the green OK buon

The maximum vacuum level has been acvated, and the delay me for the vacuum alarm

3.3.6 Exhaust Air Temp High
The temperature of the air exing the pump has exceeded the maximum allowable limit of
135ºC (275ºF). When the ‘Current Value’ has become lower than 90°C (194ºF), press ‘OK’
to reset the alarm. Check for the cooling air valve or PT100 sensor values.

3.3.7 Bag Replacement Switch Time Out
The maximum amount of me for the bag replacement being ‘On’ has been exceeded. To
restart the unit, the alarm needs to be reset by turning the bag replacement switch (SC2)
to ‘O‘ and pressing the green OK buon
