Off Cycle Data Extraction
Off-cycle reads are 96 days of daily reads taken at 15-minute intervals over a 24-hour period.
This allows the utilities to retrieve move-out reads or monitor vacant usage to prevent theft.
Follow these steps to navigate to the off-cycle function.
1. On the host software home screen on the HHU, click MENU.
