• Clearance between stripper plate front edge and inside face-line of guide rails
has to be maintained. Adjust if necessary.
• Any sideways tilt of the stripper plate is corrected by adjusting the labelling
head table laterally as described in earlier section.
• The angle ‘Y’ which the side of the stripper plate makes with the conveyor
surface should be 90 degrees.
• To set the stripper arm parallel with the top surface of the conveyor, and so avoid
feeding in the label web tilted, loosen bolts ‘B’ and ‘G’ (refer to Fig. 5.9.1) and
