• Set Printer (where fitted).
• Set Overprint detector (where fitted).
Labelling
• Set track guides in to obtain correct grip of container on presser pad.
• Set product sensor to the correct position.
• Set reject sensor (where fitted) to correct position.
• With machine set at required speed run containers through machine to test
labelling.
• Once label application is acceptable enable missing label detection and check
function.
• Ensure position of printer is correct and enable overprint sensor.
• Ensure position of bar code scanner is correct and enable.
• Ensure that containers feed out to tray correctly.
Production
• Remove all trial containers and labels from machine.
• Clear machine counters.
• Switch key to RUN mode.
NOTE: Ensure that all security devices (missing label, overprint and barcode
verifiers) are tested at start of production.
