The DIP switches on the circuit board that state capacity of the outdoor unit can move out of position which results
in alarm 294.
To rectify this follow the instructions below:

Cut the power to the machine.
■
Open the outdoor unit, remove the cover.
■
Slacken off and remove the cover of the electrical distribution box.
■
Locate DIP switch JSW10 and JSW11 on the inverter board (PWB2), which is recessed to the left in the junction
box (see image).
■
Change mode back and forth on the switches several times and reset them to the original position.
■
Reinstall the covers.
■
Start the machine.
