What to do if the Nice S-BAR Other gate manoeuvre starts but immediately reverses?
    • E
      Edward StoneAug 11, 2025
If the Nice gate starts a maneuver and then immediately reverses, it may be due to the selected force value being too low for the gate type. First, check for any obstructions. If there are none, try selecting a higher force setting. Also, verify if a safety device connected to the Stop input has been activated.

If no maneuver starts and the warning light is off, verify that the command is being received. If the command reaches the Step-by-Step input, the corresponding “Sbs” LED should light up. If using the radio transmitter, the “BlueBus” LED should emit two quick flashes.

Check that the gearmotor is receiving power from the mains voltage. Also, inspect fuses F1 and F2. If they are blown, determine the cause of the failure and replace them with fuses that have the same current rating and characteristics as indicated in “Table 9”.
