8 Appendix
This section provides instruction and description of many of the optional features of the KRM2000™
as well as procedural instructions as needed.
8.1 Configure TCP/IP Settings of Communication Modules
If a KRM2000™ has been ordered with a communication module that supports Ethernet
communications (Ethernet/IP, BACnet/IP, EtherCAT, Modbus TCP, Powerlink, Profinet, Sercos III)
more times than not a static IP address will be required. As the module comes defaulted with DHCP
enabled in order to configure this Anybus provides a tool to configure the IP Address and other
network components of the module. This section will go through the steps for configuring these
devices.
In this example we will show how to configure an Ethernet/IP Module.
1. Go to the following link and download the latest “Anybus IPconfig Utility for module TCP/IP
configuration.”
