selected as desired here.

Specifying the FUNCTION button [Function] setting
<Factory setting>
Buttons 1 and 2: Rotates the condenser clockwise and
counterclockwise.
Buttons 3 and 4: Rotates the excitation filter wheel clockwise
and counterclockwise.
Buttons 5 and 6: Rotates the motorized barrier filter wheel
clockwise and counterclockwise.
Press the [FUNC SET] button under [FUNCTION BUTTON] to
specify the button number and to select a function.
