Bring the DIC module (on the condenser) into the optical path.
Press the FUNCTION button 1/2 to turn the condenser
turret and bring the DIC module appropriate for the
objective into the optical path.
Button 1 is for counterclockwise rotation and button 2 is
for clockwise rotation.
Display DIC module [N1], etc. on the NI-E's display
panel. The turret's DIC module enters the optical path in
this state.
Choose the DIC module appropriate for the intended
microscopy purpose and the objective used. (See
Chapter 3 “17 Differential Interference Contrast
Microscopy” - “17.2 Using Optical Elements”.)
