ENGINE OIL LEVEL CHECK AND OIL REPLACEMENT (LPG version)
Engine oil level check
CAUTION!
Running the engine with a low oil level can
damage the engine itself.
N O T E
(LPG version). The oil alert system will automatically
stop the engine before the oil level goes down under
the safety limit. To avoid a sudden engine stop,
always check the oil level before each start-up.
1. D r i ve t h e m a ch i n e o n a l e ve l g r o u n d a n d e n g a g e t h e
parking rake.
2. Turn the ignition ke (51) to 0.
3. O p e n t h e e n g i n e co m p a r t m e n t h o o d ( 19 ) a n d f a st e n i t w i t h
t h e su p p o r t r o d ( 4 7 ) .
4 . L i f t a n d r e m o ve t h e r i g h t si d e p a n e l ( 31) .
5 . R e m o ve t h e ca p ( A , F i g . 25 ) .
6. Check the oil level. f it is elow the upper limit (), top up
w i t h t h e r e co m m e n d e d o i l u n t i l yo u r e a ch t h e u p p e r l i m i t .
7 . Reinstall the filler cap (A) safel.
Engine oil change
CAUTION!
The discharged engine oil must be disposed of
properly according to the Law in force.
N O T E
It is advisable to change the oil when the engine is
still hot, to make the oil downow easier.

9 . R e m o ve t h e ca p ( A , F i g . 25 ) .
10. nhook the drain hose (B) and ring it towards the outside
o f t h e m a ch i n e .
11. R e m o ve t h e d r a i n p l u g ( C ) f r o m t h e h o se a n d d r a i n t h e o i l
into a suitale container, then refit the oil drain plug and
r e t u r n t h e h o se t o i t s i n i t i a l l o ca t i o n .
12. Remove the filler cap () and pour in the new oil through
the filler until it reaches the upper limit () of the cavit.

13. Reinstall the filler cap () and the cap (A) safel.
