ENGINE OIL FILTERS CHECK/CLEANING (DIESEL version)
1. D r i ve t h e m a ch i n e o n a l e ve l g r o u n d a n d e n g a g e t h e
parking rake.
2. Turn the ignition ke (51) to 0.
3. O p e n t h e e n g i n e co m p a r t m e n t h o o d ( 19 ) a n d f a st e n i t w i t h
t h e su p p o r t r o d ( 4 7 ) .
4 . L i f t a n d r e m o ve t h e l e f t si d e p a n e l ( 32) .
5 . R e m o ve t h e b o l t ( A , F i g . 26) .
6. Remove the cap (B) and remove the oil filter (C).
7 . Clean the oil filter, or replace it if damaged.
8 . nstall the oil filter (C).
9 . nsure that the oil filter plug (B) is completel inserted.
10. I n st a l l a n d t i g h t e n t h e r e t a i n i n g b o l t ( A ) .
11. A d d e n g i n e o i l a s r e c o m m e n d e d ( se e t h e t e ch n i ca l
ch a r a ct e r i st i cs t a b l e a n d t h e e n g i n e m a n u a l ) .
CAUTION!
See the Engine Oil Level Check paragraph for the
oil top-up procedure.
12. arm up the engine for 5 minutes and check for an
engine oil leaks.
13. O n ce t h e e n g i n e i s w a r m , sw i t ch i t o f f a n d l e a ve i t t o co o l
f o r 10 m i n u t e s.
