<type> type of destination address, 129 for normal and
145
for international access (‘+’ character automat-
ically
added to address)
<mr> message reference number
Example: AT+CMGS=”1234567”, 129

AT+CMSS Send Message from Storage
This command sends a message with the location value <index>
from a preferred message storage selected with the AT+CPMS com-
mand. If a new recipient address <addr> is given, it will be used in-
stead of the one stored with the message. Reference value <mr> is
returned to the DTE on successful message deliv-
ery. Syntax:
AT+CMSS=<index>[,<addr>[,<type>]] Send message.
Response is
+CMSS:<mr>.
