The response +CRING:<type> indicates an incoming call if the ex-
tended format incoming call indication is selected by the command
AT+CRC=1.

FAX facsimile call (TS62)
VOICE normal voice (TS11)
VOICE/XXX voice followed by data (BS 81) (XXX is REL
