S21 For changing the S21 settings use the following AT
commands:
AT
&Cn to define the DCD signal usage. The DCD
signal is always on (n=0 or not present) or else used
in the normal way
(n=1),

&Dn to define the DTR signal usage.

&Sn to define the DSR signal usage. The DSR
signal is always on (n=0 or not present) or else used
in the normal way
(n=1).

&3: 00=AT&D0, 01=AT&D1, 10=AT&D2,
11=AT

bit 5: 0=AT
