This phone is equipped with a 1.3 megapixel camera. The module has only one operating mode; raw pixel
data output.
A hardware accelerator includes features like pixel defect correction, colour interpolation, image sharpness
enhancement, selective noise filtering, cropping and scaling. The image can be JPEG-compressed in real-time.
The hardware accelerator also performs sensor housekeeping functions such as automatic exposure and
white balance controls.
It also controls the triggering of the LED flash, why the accelerator and the LED flash driver are connected
directly together.
SIM
The SIM interface is the electrical interface between the SIM card and the mobile phone, located in two ASICs;
RAPGSM and Retu.
The interface in Retu contains power up/down, port gating, card detect, data receiving, ATR-counter, registers
and level shifting buffers logic.
The data communication between the SIM card and the phone is asynchronous half duplex.
