To answer a ringing call at a specific extension in any pickup group:
4. Dial the call pickup group number of the
ringing set.
1. Lift the handset.

3. Enter your Directed Call Pickup feature
access code.
4. Dial the call pickup group number or the
DN of the ringing set.
