Detach the battery from
the measuring instrument when you do not use this device for a
long time. The measuring instrument might be damaged by the battery liquid leakage etc.
Moreover, the battery is kept in
the device for a long time, there is a possibility not to
charge by using circuit on the device. When the battery can not be charged by keeping it
in the device, use battery charger for Ni-MH battery.
