6.1.b.c - Blade cleaning (Fig. 2).
WARNING
Be careful with the blade (2) as there is a risk of
cutting yourself.
Use appropriate personal protection devices such
as cutproof gloves.
Open the front door (1).
Hold the blade (2) with one hand and with the other
hand unscrew the two knobs (3).
Handwash the blade (2) with running water and
dishwashing liquid and dry it.
IMPORTANT
Do not wash the blade (2) in a dishwasher as it will
lose its cutting edge.
Ret the blade in position “A” centring the reference
pin in the hole (4) of the blade and centring the two
holes (5) of the blade with the two threaded holes,
then tighten the two knobs (3).
IMPORTANT
To ret the blade in position “B” centre the reference
pin in the hole (6) of the blade and centre the two
holes (7) of the blade with the two threaded holes,
then tighten the two knobs (3).
This position is used when the dough is sticky
or when you notice that the machine is making a
double cut.
