User authentication
User Authentication Procedure (Login) and Logout
Authentication in copy, submission, and scan modes

Press COPY, SUBMIT, or SCAN.

Enter a PIN code or login name and
password and then press Log In.
With smart card
authentication, read your
smart card with the card
reader while this screen is
displayed.
After authentication, the
screen of the corresponding
mode is displayed.

If a project name is registered in the
user information, select a project.
The screen of the desired mode appears.

Perform copy, submission, or scanning operations.

When operation is complete, press Log Out at the bottom of the top
screen to logout.
The standby screen appears.
