· Do not carry the microscope by holding it by the cord
hanger. If it is detached during transport, the microscope
may drop and human injury may result.
· Be sure to disconnect the AC adapter from the
microscope when storing the microscope after use.

5. Place the power cord ‡ on the cord hanger 4 as illustlated (Fig. 28).
Removal
1. Insert the tool 9 (such as screwdriver) into the space between the pin a
of cord hanger 4 and the microscope.
2. Keep the tool 9 in the space and pull it approx. 10 mm (in the direction
1 ). Then take the cord hanger 4 up (in the direction 2 ) to remove
from the microscope.
