Chapter 8 Storage and maintenance
For 8.5-mm type
Repack the equipment in the order of: Main unit and control unit
→
Insertion tube.
Stow accessories as illustrated below. (For 8.5-mm type)
Main unit and control unit
Stow the main unit with the control unit
being mounted on its back.
Position the main unit and the universal
cable as shown in the diagram.

Inner wall of the storage compartment

Shoulder
strap
Wind the insertion tube in a loop alongside of
the inner wall of the storage compartment and
stow the shoulder strap.
Check if the control unit is mounted on the
main unit, and then close the lid.

Store the following in the
mesh bag
USB flash drive for
recording images
Lens cleaning kit
