Warnings for the installation of electric cables between the control
unit and lift:
the connecting cable that powers the safety limits switches on the lift
must:
be adequately protected against the mechanical actions it may be
exposed to during use.
Be passed through the dedicated cable glands (8) and connected to
the terminal board (9) inside the electric panel, respecting the
numbering of the cable.
4.5 Levelling
Having positioned the lift and made the hydraulic, pneumatic and
electrical connections, make sure that the lift is level.
Use a spirit level to verify that deviation does not exceed:
Otherwise adjust as follows:
1. press the up button (PS) until the platforms are raised to 800 mm off
the ground.
2. place in mechanical safety conditions.
3. use the LEVELLING ADJUSTERS to adjust the height of the base.
4. press the down button (PD) to take the platforms back down to the
ground.
5. use the LEVELLING ADJUSTERS to adjust the level of the
platforms.
