Adjustment Level Section 5-4

This parameter executes AT (auto-tuning).

• When you execute auto-tuning, the optimum PID parameters “propor-

tional band,” “integral time” and “derivative time” for the set point during

program execution are automatically set by forcibly changing the manipu-

lated variable to calculate the characteristics of the control target

• Normally, this parameter is set to “off”. If you press the or key,

the parameter is turned ON and AT is executed.

• AT cannot be executed when control has stopped or during ON/OFF con-

trol.

• When AT execution ends, the parameter setting automatically returns to

“off”.

This parameter enables/disables writing of parameters to the E5AZ/E5EZ

from the host (personal computer) by communications.

ON: Writing enabled
