NA-series Programmable Terminal Hardware User’s Manual (V117)
The High-pressure Waterproof Attachment (PWA) is required to conform to UL Type 4X standards. The
mounting panel thickness must be between 1.6 and 4.5 mm. To conform to UL Type 4X standards,
always use the NA5-W with a High-pressure Waterproof Attachment (PWA). If you do not
use a PWA, there is a risk of water entry, which may cause severe equipment damage.
