MOV instruction transfers a channel data or a four-digit constant (16 bits)

MVN instruction inverts a channel data or a four-digit constant and
transfers it to a specified channel
Remarks
The MOV instruction is used to transfer 16-bit channel data or a
hexadecimal four-digit (16-bit binary) constant to a specified channel.
The MVN inverts the channel data and then performs the same function
as the MOV instruction.
