Nothing is executed when the content of the result register is logical 0.
When the content of the result register is logical 1, transfer of data or of
inverted data is performed.
When

to

to

then
inverted
to
be
further
transferred
to

In constant designation, hexadecimal four-digit (binary 16-bit) data is
either transferred or inverted and then transferred.
