Indicators
A Shield Connection Unit has indicators that show the current operating status of the NX Unit.
The appearance of the indicators has been changed for models released in or before September 2018
with lot numbers that represent the date of or after September 20, 2018. In this manual, those models
are shown with the indicators after the change. For details on the applicable models and the changes,
refer to Appearance Change of the Indicators on page
3-8.

Letter Name Function
(A) Model number indications Gives the model number of the NX Unit, without the prefix.
For example, TBX01 in the case of NX-TBX01.
(B) TS indicator The indicator shows the current operating status of the NX Unit.
The following section describes the specifications of the TS indicator.
TS Indicator
This indicator shows the current status of the Shield Connection Unit and
its communications status with the CPU Unit, with the Communications
Coupler Unit, or with the Communication Control Unit.
The following table lists the possible statuses for this indicator and what they mean.
