Notes:
⚫ To show R.E.C. on REDSCAN Manager, UDP is required. Select Broadcast, or Unicast with IP
Address of the PC.
⚫ To send R.E.C. to VMS (Video Management Software), TCP is recommended. Select TCP and set IP
Address of the PC of VMS.
⚫ To add multiple REDSCANs to Milestone XProtect, set unique Port Number to each REDSCAN. Over
12346 is recommended.
Transmission interval of Trouble code: It specifies interval when trouble code is sent periodically.
Clear Code Timing: It specifies the timing of clear code after the alarm is cleared.
Heartbeat for Device Monitoring: If it is checked, DM code is stored in R.E.C. and sent by Transmission
Interval of Trouble Code.
