This connector allows monitoring the air pressure at the output of the main
pressure regulator. To remove the red plug (occluder), push down the black
ring around the base of the plug while pulling this out.
7) WATER STOP FILTER
Prevents salt solution from the aspiration system to reach the primary Venturi
pump.
8) PRIMARY PRESSURE REGULATOR
This device regulates and stabilizes the pressure of the input compressed air.
9) PULSAR

CONTROL BOARD AND U/S AND DIATHERMY DRIVER
The Control board controls all the surgical functions of the PULSAR2 system
and it interfaces with the system footswitch and the GUI. The U/S and
Diathermy Driver is located underneath the Control Board
10) PULSAR
2
POWER SUPPLY BOARD
This board generates all the AC and DC voltages needed by the PULSAR
2
to
operate.
