1 ) SENSORS BOARD
This board hosts the “External” pressure sensor monitoring pressure at the
output of the primary regulator (for the “Low Pressure” alarm), the
electronics for the vacuum sensor.
2 ) STOP VALVE OF THE PRIMARY VENTURI PUMP
This valve allows delivering air from the proportional valve to the primary
(aspiration) Venturi pump.
3 ) PROPORTIONAL VALVE
This electronic valve regulates the pressure of the input compressed air to be
delivered to the silicone injection system (in the Vit Module) and to the
aspiration Venturi pump under the control of the microprocessor.
4) VENTURI PUMP
This pump, which receives pressurized air from the proportional valve,
generates vacuum to be used for aspiration in the Dual Pump Cassette.
5 ) SECONDARY PRESSURE REGULATOR
It regulates the air pressure for vitrectomy cutter.
6 ) MAIN PRESSURE CONNECTOR
