4.1.5 SIDE PLATE
1) CONNECTION TO VENTURI PUMP
The silicone tube from the Venturi pump connects to this tube holder. The
disposable cassette tank connects at the other side of the tube holder.
2) VACUUM SIGNAL FILTER (369130000)
This is the vacuum sensor and amplifier/filter board for closed system vacuum
reading in the disposable cassette.
3) PERISTALTIC PUMP INTERLOCK SWITCHES
A safety switch, activated by the side lid prevent pump rotation when the lid
is open. A second switch moves the pump up to facilitate I/A tubes assembly
and removal.
4) PERISTALTIC PUMP MOTOR
The peristaltic pump DC motor and gearbox is directly connected to the pump
rotor.
5) ROTOR UP/DOWN MOTOR
The rotation of this motor causes the peristaltic pump rotor to move
up/down.
