Operator Panels
Each OPENcontrol CNC model can be combined with different operator interfaces, from
the simple Touch Screen monitor for General Motion applications to OPENconsole, the
High End modular Operator Panel which is provided with all the components needed to
manage the Numerical Control unit.
OPENconsole
OPENconsole is a modular and ergonomic Operator Panel with standard 19 inches rack
size and a user friendly front end which perfectly ts OPENcontrol systems.
It is designed to meet different application
requirements by combining different independent
modules.

in order to create a customized and complete front-
end suitable for different types and complexities of
machine tools.
Display module
The display is an industrial LED monitor available in
17” and 19” formats, with 1280 x 1024 resolution and
resistive Touch Screen option. The module can be connected to the CNC or to the PC
through the DVI or VGA interface. When used separately, this module can be completed
with a junction element dening the look and also providing the USB port for connecting
external devices. A USB extender to reach long distances is integrated.
OEM Control Panel module
The OEM panel contains the operator controls for the CNC and it is released in a high-
end version meant for applications in which the machine tool is intended to work in
AUTOMATIC and MANUAL mode.
The controls available on OEM control panel are:
Emergency stop
Drives ON/OFF
CNC power ON/OFF
Cycle start / Cycle Stop / Reset
JOG + / JOG -
AUTO / MANUAL mode selector with lock key
Feed Rate Override
