If the headset still doesn’t work, delete the existing partnership and create a new
one. To delete the partnership:
1. Press Start , and then select Settings.
2. Select the Connections tab, and then select Bluetooth.
3. Select the Devices tab.
4. Highlight the headset device name.
5. Press and hold Center to open the shortcut menu, and then select
Delete.
6. Create a new partnership (see “Setting Up a Bluetooth Connection” on
page 161).
