1. Place unit into REV mode, and confirm the post
limit and CTL signal are in the specification. IF
not, adjust T4 post follow the below procedure.
2. Turn the Nut of T4 post clockwise or
counterclockwise follow the tape limit condition at
T3 post. The maximum rotation angle is 45
degree.
3. Place unit into REV X1 mode and confirm the
CTL output level is become more than 75% on
play mode. Confirm the tape pass limit become
lower limit at T3 post and the tape does not have
curl at T3 and T4 post.
4. However out of specification, adjust T4 post
height follow the item “Post Height Pre-
adjustment procedure”.
