When the power is supplied to the outdoor unit, check if DC5V is

(Measure the voltage after the fan motor connector is removed from
the board.)
Replace the outdoor unit fan motor.
Measure the coil resistance of No.3 pin of the fan motor.
Check if between

connector is not open-circuited or short-circuited.
When the outdoor unit is in operation, check if AC voltage is present

Replace the outdoor unit control board.
No abnormality is observed
A foreign object is
stuck on the fan
Check if a foreign object is stuck on the fan.
