Explanation:
Since
groups that have VIP Call mode enabled do not follow the regular distribution order, the calls in those
groups are distributed in the order of 1, 8, 4, 6.
Once all the calls in groups 1 and 3 have been distributed, the calls in groups 2 and 4 are distributed in the
order they were received.
