Why does part of my Panasonic Lumix DMC-FT10 not move?

If a part of your Panasonic Digital Camera, such as the zoom button, card/battery door, or terminal cover, does not move, it may be due to the camera being used in a cold environment, such as a ski resort, where water droplets or snow may have fallen between the gaps around the zoom button or Power button and frozen. This is not a malfunction, and the operation recovers when the temperature returns to normal. Alternatively, if the camera is used in a sandy or dusty place, foreign objects may have entered the gaps around the zoom button or Power button, preventing the camera part from being operated. Remove the objects with the supplied brush or wash away in fresh water.
