12.2 Alarm codes
Alarm code
(Pr23, Pr24)
Alarm Description
0 No alarm
1 Overvoltage On the D.C. link; check the power supply three-
phase line (max 480V); the braking circuit and
the braking resistance
2 Undervoltage Check that no phase is missing
3 Overcurrent Check the motor connections and any phase-
phase and phase-ground short circuits
4 Resolver alarm Check connections and connectors at both sides
(drive-motor).
5 Motor overtemp. Check the PTC motor connection on pins: check
setting of Pr33 (Inom) and Pr19 (Ipicco).
6 Converter overtemp. Check the cooling fans, if any, and any air flow
clogging. Check the braking cycle and the
internal panel temperature where the drive is
mounted.
7 External alarm
8 Auxiliary alarm
10 PLC check sum
11 Parameter check sum
15 default parameters Enter all main parameters and save them upon
start-up
16 Adjustment error
TripP.x With numerical “x” Indicates that the converter has malfunctioned.
