MFP Server/MFP
Information
When you are clicking on theņMFP ServerŇin
theņMFP Server ListŇ, you will see theņMFP
Server DescriptionŇand theņIdle TimeoutŇ
setting of the MFP Server.
MFP Server Description – It is a description that
can help users to identify where or what the MFP
Server is.
Idle Timeout – From here, each user can know the
server's auto release setting. To avoid occupying
the MFP overtime, each user can enable theņAuto
ReleaseŇsetting at the bottom of theņMFP
ManagerŇwindow. It is used to automatically
disconnect the connection after the MFP is idle for
a speciÀed period of time. By default, there's never
timeout.
When you click on an MFP on theņMFP Server
ListŇ, you will see the information including
ņStatusŇ, ņComputer NameŇandņContact
InformationŇ.
Status – It displays the status of the MFP. When the
status isņConnectedŇ, it indicates that you are
connecting with the MFP. When the status isņIdleŇ
, it indicates that the MFP is not being used. When
the status isņBusyŇ, it indicates that other user is
using the MFP.
Computer Name – It displays the computer name of
the user who is connecting to the MFP.
Contact Information – When the current user has
set theņContact InformationŇ, you can see it
here.
Refresh Click to refresh theņMFP Server ListŇimmediately.
