Clean slide bushing
1 Clean the slide bushing tube with a damp cloth.

Cleaning and lubricating the guide grooves
1 Push the operating lever forwards.

2 Pull seat post out with your hand until it will go
no further.

3 Clean the seat post longitudinal grooves with a
damp cloth.
Figure 216: Cleaning the longitudinal groove
4 Apply grease into the longitudinal groove and
on both cross-pieces.

5 Push seat post together.

6 Push the height adjustment operating lever
backwards.
Figure 219: Closing the height adjustment
Notice
Do not squash. The slide bushing tube wall is
very thin.
