Chapter 2: Intended Use
The IPV®-2C is indicated for mobilization of secretions, lung expansion therapy,
the treatment and prevention of pulmonary atelectasis. It can also provide supplemental
oxygen when used with compressed oxygen.

• Untreated tension pneumothorax • Untrained or unskilled operator
