4.6 Network set-up
The DA 7440 system parts are communicating through TCP/IP network. It is recommended
that the system parts are connected using static IP addresses or to a Dynamic Host Configuration
Protocol (DHCP) server that can give IP addresses on long term lease. The DA 7440 Instrument
PC and sensor are by default configured with static IP addresses. Instrument PC default IP
address is 192.168.1.3. DA 7440 sensor default IP address is 192.168.1.5.
