Feeding system
1. Adjustment of the flat-toothed belt tension
Requirement:
The flat-toothed belt must be so taut that the sewing hook has no play in its rotating direction, but it must
be possible to turn the machine easily.
Adjustment:
• Loosen screw 1 (fig. 1).
• Re-position tensioning roller 2 with a screwdriver accordingly.
• Tighten screw 1.
Check:
• Check adjustment according to „Requirement“.
• Press lightly against middle of flat-toothed belt.
• The belt must move 1 to 3 mm forwards.
