Pathology Scanner SG20 / SG60 / SG300
Check ventilation grids
Ventilation grids for air outlet (1) and
air inlet (2) are located at the rear side
of the scanner.
1. Check the free space near the
ventilation grids. Make sure that
there is at least 100 mm free
space.
2. Wait 30 minutes for the system to
cool down.
3. Restart the system.
4. If the problem persists, contact
Philips.

Check network connection
Connectors for connection to the IMS
server (1), remote access and logging
(2) and for service use only (3) are
located at the rear side of the scanner.
1. Visually check the connection and
cables of item (1) and (2) for
damages.
2. If a connection or cable is
damaged, contact your local IT
department.

Check the store
1. On the user interface, select
Unlock door.
2. Open the store door.

Broken slides and/or glass splinters can be present in the scanner. To prevent cuts or glass
splinters entering the skin, take appropriate precautions when solving the problem.
